Early Voting Begins Oct. 19Published Wednesday, October 14, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneEarly voting will begin Monday, October 19. This is for the convenience of anyone who will not be available to vote on election day, November 3, for various reasons. Registered voters may go to the courthouse in the office of County Clerk Julie Stockton to vote early. The last day to vote early will be Monday, November 2, the day before the election. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
