Mrs. Jo DeWoody from Gurdon visited her Aunt Lillian Terrell Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Priddy from Camden visited his Aunt Edna Formby Friday. Mrs. Cedalia Burke from Hope came to see her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard, Saturday. Donna Wilson from Emmet visited her mother, Mrs. Ethel Lewallen, Friday. Bro. and Mrs. Raymond Hicks from Cale visited Mrs. Ohel Daniell Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Donny Dillard and daughter visited his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard, Sunday. We enjoyed a visit from Laneburg Baptist Church Sunday. We are always glad to see them. Mozelle Gill was honored with a birthday party last week by her family and friends. Punch, birthday cake and ice cream were served. Her birthday was October 8. We had such a good time at our District Queens pageant Thursday. Mariah Burks and several staff members attended as Mozelle Gill relinquished her crown to our new District Queen, Lois Piggee, also from Hillcrest. (Photo on page 11.)
