Suzanne Cross Watkin is in the hospital in Little Rock. She teaches at Nashville and passed out at school last week. They are running tests to determine her problem.

J.W. and Maxine Glass, Jake and Helen Glass of Magnolia, Junior and Johnie Glass of Texarkana, Lucy Glass and Mary Overton vacationed last week in the Eureka Springs area. They left Caney Monday morning. They saw the Passion Play, the Pine Mountain Jamboree and toured Eureka Gardens. They returned home Thursday.

Sarah Jobe of Prescott was house guest at the home of her aunt, Pat McCullough, Tim and Leah.

Maxine Glass, Pat, Tim and Leah McCullough attended a birthday party for Arron Morton last week at Nubin Hill.

Bro. Tal Webb will be holding a revival in Louisiana this week.

The First Union Association of Missionary Baptist held its annual meeting at Morris Missionary Baptist Church Saturday. Bro. Tal Webb brought the message.

My graduating class of Prescott, 1942, met in Prescott at the First Baptist Church Saturday. My daughters, Janice Callicott, Phyllis Stewart and Amy Sweat, came by the meet my classmates. Amy made some snap shots for us. Thirteen class mates came.

Lunch guests at J.W. and Maxine Glass Sunday were Steve, Deb and Cody Jackson, Dee Jarvis, Pam Hannah, Clancy Cleveland, Jason and Sarah Jobe, Tim McCullough, Marsha Nowlin and Tracy Bennett.

Tessa and Lacy, Sara Jobe and Tim McCullough were Saturday night house guests of Pam, Clancy and Hannah Cleveland.

Dorothy Apel and I joined other seniors for potluck lunch at the Nazarene Church in Prescott Thursday.

Janice Callicott and Amy Sweat had supper with Phyllis Stewart and her family Saturday.

Retta Hicks is feeling much better after her surgery a few weeks ago. She is spending a few days with her parents, Clyde Luggenbother in Texarkana. Her mother has been ailing for some time and her father had a heart attack last week. Hope everyone is feeling better.

Ronnie and Gail Tucker went to Austin, Texas, to visit their son, Matt, and new grandson, Austin Samuel Tucker. Ronnie said the streets were over flowing from the rains, but luckily floods stopped long enough for them to get out.

Loyce and Florence Tucker and Bobby and Charlotte had supper in Texarkana Saturday.

There will be a singing at Morris Baptist Church Thursday night. This will be the last singing of the year.

Thought: Old fisherman never die, they just smell that way.
