We are still having ideal autumn weather.

Everett and Mary Orren and Leona Ballard attended the funeral of their good friend, Joe Stephen Henderson, of England Friday.

Revon Thompson and his sister-in-law, Lois (Mrs. Rufus) Thompson, of California visited J.D. and Mary Ann Lucas Tuesday. Lois is visiting relatives here.

Some of the visitors of Doris Ridgell during the week were Kay Wren, Herbie Ridgell, granddaughters Kim, Dodie, Angie and her children, Wanda Steven, and Paul and Robin Ridgell.

I spent Monday afternoon with my sisters, Elsie Elmore and Katie Pittman. Elsie was spending the week with Katie.

Katie Pittman and Sue Austin visited Sue's children, Mike Belle and Dawn Rudd, and her husband of Camden Sunday afternoon.

Willie Hooks and J.D. Kelly visited Roy and Syble Brown during the week.

The election is Tuesday. Go vote your honest opinion and pray it is right.

A thought: Love at first sight is easy to understand. It's when two people have been looking at each other for years that it becomes a miracle.
