Gary and Eva Morehead and daughter, Cheryl Atkinson, just returned from a two-week vacation in Salvador Bahia, Brazil. They visited an exchange student, Danrilla Gonsalnes. All exchange students in Arkansas are having a Halloween party at the community center in Bodcaw on Saturday night. ISE students are invited.

Remember Ed Martin, the former Bodcaw superintendent. I understand he is in a Hot Springs hospital.

Matt Miller visited his mamaw, Maudie Miller, on Sunday.

I hear happy birthday congratulations are in order for Gary and Judy Baker. A party was held Saturday night

A birthday party on Sunday night for Josh Clements was held. Happy birthday, Josh.

Bonnie Payne visited her mom, Mrs. Lea, in Virginia. While there she suffered from a broken ankle. I think she has made it home. Best wishes for walking.

Lillian Russell Van Dyke of California has been visiting her sister, Dale Butler, Bonnie Lawler and other relatives.

J.D. Allen is improving from his recent surgery. He goes back next week for a check- up.

I talked to the kids in San Antonio and Victoria, Texas. They were safe from flooding, but a lot of destruction was around them.

Russ Carlton was to sing at Shady Grove on Monday night. He enjoys singing and we enjoy listening. Remember him as he faces surgery November 12.
