Harland Mac' McKelvyPublished Wednesday, September 15, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneHarland G. Mac' McKelvy, 87, of Hope died Thursday, September 9, 1999, in an automobile accident in Miller County. Mr. McKelvy was born November 19, 1911, in Bluff City to Orland F. and Ollie Turner McKelvy. He was retired from the Civil Service. Mr. McKelvy was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Hope. Survivors include one brother, Herman O. McKelvy of Bluff City and one sister, Aline Claus of Bodcaw. Funeral services were held Sunday, September 12, at Unity Baptist Church in Hope with Rev. T.V. Hight and Rev. Kenneth Bobo officiating.
