Henry H. DixonPublished Wednesday, September 15, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneHenry H. Dixon, 82, of Rosston died Thursday, September 9, 1999, in Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas, as the result of an automobile accident. Mr. Dixon was born February 11, 1917, in Rosston to Joseph Harmon and Nancy Jane Waters Dixon. He was a retired pumper of Reliance Oil Co. and other oil field companies, a member of Rosston Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Whitehead Dixon of Rosston; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services were Saturday, September 11; at Rosston Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Loyd and Rev. Kenneth Ward officiating.
