Parks, Richardson Wedding January 23Published Wednesday, November 4, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. and Mrs. Steven Parks of Prescott are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Michelle, to William Scott Richardson, son of Nancy Richardson of Conway and Frank and Peggy Richardson of Osceola. The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Sue Inlow and the late Don Inlow of Prescott and the paternal granddaughter Edmond and Keron Parks of Blevins. Miss Parks is a 1996 highest honor graduate of Prescott High School. She is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas at Conway, where she is pursuing a degree in history and Spanish. She is employed by First National Bank in Conway. The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of Ann Scott and the paternal grandson of H.B. and Geneva Richardson, all of Conway. Mr. Richardson is a 1996 graduate of Conway High School and is employed with Virco Manufacturing in Conway. The couple will unite in marriage on Saturday, January 23, at 5:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church in Prescott with Bro. Jerry Wilson officiating. No local invitations will be sent.
