Club NewsPublished Wednesday, November 11, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneRedland EHC The Redland Extension Homemakers Club met Tuesday, November 3, in the Shady Grove Baptist Church fellowship hall with 10 members present. The meeting was called to order by the president, Marie McNeely. The collect was read by Betty Cagle with an inspirational thought by Joy Cox. Roll call from Julene Hulan was answered by what the members "are most thankful for." The treasurer's report was given by Julene Hulan. This year's Christmas party was discussed. It will be December 1 at Western Sizzlin in Hope. The district's cooking school was discussed, along with workshops to be held later. Prayer was by Billie Ridling.
