Willie James LanePublished Wednesday, November 11, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneWillie James Lane, 58, of Delight died Sunday, November 8, 1998, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Lane was born August 8, 1940, in Prescott, the son of Dwight and Lois Lane, both now deceased. He was a laborer with a lumber company. Mr. Lane was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God Church near Delight. He is survived by five brothers, Paul Lane of Delight, Thomas Lane of Texas, Olen Lane and Joe Lane of Blevins and Benjamin Lane of Prescott; and five sisters Cathy Stuart of Texarkana, Texas, Mary Rutherford and Faye Wicker of Emmet, Doris Jean Rhodes of Blevins and Ruth Thomas of Murfreesboro. Graveside services will be today, Wednesday, November 11, at 3:00 p.m. at Delight Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Chambers and Rev. Doug McClure officiating.
