Mary E. CrossPublished Wednesday, September 1, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneMary E. Cross, 86, of Rosston died Sunday, August 29, 1999, at Prescott Hillcrest Care and Rehab. Mrs. Cross was born in Laneburg to Lawrence L. and Lizzie Matthew Glass. Mrs. Cross was a housewife and member of Morris Baptist Church in Caney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton A. Cross, in 1993 and one son, Ray D. Cross, in 1995. Survivors include two sons, Jim Cross and Frank Cross, both of Rosston; three grandchildren, Dana Fincher, Ed Cross and Todd Cross; and six great grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday, August 31, at Mt. Moriah Church with Dick Knott officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
