The basketball booster club will meet December 2 at the Cabe Middle School library at 6:30 p.m. All interested parties are urged to attend.

Gurdon Rotary Club is having a coat drive for the needy. The club is desiring either a good clean used coat or new coats in all sizes.

You may drop off a coat at First State Bank of Gurdon on or before November 20.

You may be able to win an autographed football of the 1997-98 Green Bay Packers. Stop at the Gurdon Band Booster Concession stand on Friday nights or see any GHS band member for more details. The drawing will be held on Super Bowl Sunday.

The Little-Dickerson reunion will be held on November 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the community center at the Okolona School. All family and friends are invited to come and visit and enjoy potluck.

Muldrew Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church is having a harvest rally on Sunday, November 22, at 4:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend.

Billy Freeman and the Sonliners will be in concert at First Church of God on Highway 67 S Saturday, November 21, at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is invited.

A program for parents entitled 'Cooperative Discipline' will be presented by Scott Henderson at the Parent Center (old band building) on Monday, November 23, at 6:00 p.m. All parents of children grades K-12 are urged to attend.

The board of directors of Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District will meet Tuesday, November 24, at 5:30 p.m. in Gurdon City Hall.
