Janie Bell Easley

Janie Bell Easley, 86, of Arkadelphia died Monday, November 9, 1998, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Easley was born October 28, 1912, in Gurdon. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Nancy Jane Langley Hammonds. Mrs. Easley was a housewife and a member of the Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Easley.

Survivors include one son, Jimmy Easley of Arkadelphia; three daughters, Mae Randles of Van Vleck, Texas, Loice Kliem of Nemo, Texas, and Opal Talley of Seagraves, Texas; one brother, J.D. Hammonds of Gurdon; 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 12, at the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel. Interment was in the Easley Cemetery by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
