Church in the Kansas community will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Flostene Quarles, fourth pastor's appreciation services Sunday, October 3, at 3:00 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests Mt. Canaan Baptist Church of Gurdon, Rev. Johnny C. Harris, pastor and speaker. Rev. Flostene Quarles, pastor. Revival services are in session this week at 7:00 nightly at Bethel Independent Church of Gurdon. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Rev. Daniel Flemons, pastor. Sunday, October 3, at 3:00 p.m. will be annual youth day at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Hamburg. Everyone and all churches welcome. Special guests New Mt. Zion Baptist Church youth of Gurdon. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor and speaker. Revival services will be held October 4-8 at 7:00 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Evangelist for the week will be Rev. Jessie Radford Jr. of the Rising Star Baptist Church in Hope. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor. Funeral services will be held for late Dale Beard Wednesday, September 29, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Okolona. Rev. Eddie Brown, pastor. The offices and members of the Bethel A.M.E. Church of Gurdon is celebrating its pastor's, Rev. Betty Gulley, first appreciation services. Pre-musical Saturday night, October 9, at 7:00. Services on Sunday morning, October 10. The climax of the services will be at 3:00 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest for Sunday, Rev. James Giles of Magnolia, who will be the speaker. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor.
