Rosston sends sympathy to the family of Lisa Crow of Prescott. She was Edna Kelly's niece. She died in a tragic accident on I-30 last week.

We also send sympathy to the family of Elsie Fore Crank of Willisville. She passed away in her home last week. Graveside service was at Willisville Cemetery on Friday morning with Jerry Evans officiating.

We regret that Connie Beard and her two children lost their home by fire last night. They were not home when it happened. Please remember all these families in your prayers.

Roscoe and I spent some time with cousins at the deer camp this week. The family supper was Thursday night. We were about 10 short in number this year compared to last year. J.P. Hart was taken to the doctor on Thursday afternoon and others were absent due to sickness.

A group of Ina Jarvis's closest friends surprised her on Friday afternoon with a little birthday party. She was 80 years old on Saturday. We wish you many more, Ina and we all love and appreciate you.

Weston and Alpha Green of Hope visited in Rosston one afternoon this week. They visited Odeal, Joe and Virginia Dillard on their way back home.

Calvin and Quida Luck of Layton, Utah, have been visiting the A.B. Lucks for several days. Calvin got to deer hunt some. They left Friday and went through Oklahoma to visit Lynn Luck's wife.

Great grandson, Tyler, of Texarkana spent the weekend with us and attended Sunday school and church at Rosston Sunday. We got a few Christmas decorations out while he was here. Roscoe and Tyler rode through the deer woods in the Jeep with son, Dwight, on Saturday afternoon.

Bob Gresham cut one of his hands while dressing a deer. He had to go to the emergency room in Hope to get several stitches. We missed the family in church today.

Bob and Cindy Gresham's son, Jacob, united with our church by letter last Sunday.

Beulah Simpson remains in Magnolia Hospital and still needs our prayers.

Raegan Williams's grandfather, Raymond Huett, of Prescott has been in Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock for three weeks. He had surgery and hasn't done well. Grandson, Marty, Raegan and Ashley spent the day in Little Rock with the family. They report that he may have been a little better Sunday. Remember him and Louise and the rest of the family in your prayers.

I visited with Bonnie Barham of Cale on Saturday afternoon. She has been in Texas with her daughters for some time, but they brought her home for a few days. They plan to take her back with them in a few days. She is seriously ill and needs our prayers. She has been one of my customers for a number of years and I've loved her dearly, as does everyone who knows her.

Our church will have the youth taking responsibility for all church positions next Sunday (fifth Sunday.) Our pastors wife's sister's husband will bring the message and at 6 p.m. the Hempstead County Melody Boys will render a concert. Everyone is invited. Finger food will be served after the concert.

Happy Thanksgiving and a safe hunt to everyone.
