CHURCH ROBBEDPublished Wednesday, November 25, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe First United Methodist Church of Prescott was broken into and robbed Wednesday, Nov. 18. According to reports from the PPD, entry was gained by breaking a window. Once inside, the suspect(s) took $25 in cash, the key to a soft drink machine, which was relieved of its change and a combination television-videocassette recorder.
