Lisa Crow Killed In AccidentBY JOHN MILLERPublished Wednesday, November 25, 1998 in the Nevada County Picayune Tragedy struck a Nevada County family as an auto accident claimed the life of a 38-year- old Prescott woman. According to reports from the Arkansas State Police, at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17, Lisa Rene Taylor Crow, was traveling west on Interstate 30 and was about three miles out of Prescott. At about the same time, a semi truck, driven by Christopher Holpher, of Griffin, Ind., was pulling onto the shoulder of I-30 with mechanical problems. Crow's 1992 Dodge left the interstate, crossing onto the right shoulder of the road and struck the semi. She was flown to Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana by Lifenet, but later died of injuries sustained in the accident. Crow was buried Friday, Nov. 20. She was the daughter of Prescott Mayor Howard Taylor and Jeanie Calloway Taylor. Crow left two children behind, one son, Trent, and a daughter, Amanda. She was the former administrator of Pineview Nursing Home in Gurdon and was a family support specialist for the Department of Human Services in Hot Springs.
