RAPE ALLEGEDPublished Wednesday, December 2, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneA 31-year-old Prescott man was arrested on several charges, including rape Friday, Nov. 27. According to reports, Dalton Roy threatened to kill his brother, struck his sister and threatened his mother. He then allegedly raped his 18-year-old girlfriend.
