PHS Student In PageantPublished Wednesday, September 29, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneJill Hubbard is a contestant in the 21st Miss Tri-State Teen Scholarship pageant to be held in Magnolia Junior High School auditorium Saturday, October 2, at 7:00 p.m. She is a freshman at Prescott High School and will present a tap dance routine in the talent competition.
