Raymond R. Marshall

Raymond R. 'Blondie' Marshall, 79, of Gurdon died Saturday, December 12, 1998, in St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs.

Mr. Marshall was born December 29, 1918, in Indianola, Iowa. He was the son of Will and Dorothy Rogers. He was retired from Reynolds Metal Co. after 35 years.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Marshall; three sons, Robert Marshall of Galveston, Texas, Russell Marshall of Arkadelphia and Roger Marshall of Oklahoma; three daughters, Caroline Moore of Houston, Texas, Carolyn Smith of North Little Rock and Racine Dixon of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; three step-sons, Jack Lambert of Hot Springs, Ricky Lambert of Arkadelphia and Robert Lambert of Benton; two step-daughters, Cathy Lambert of Hot Springs and Anita Kendrick of Hot Springs; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, December 15, at Second Baptist Church in Arkadelphia with Rev. Carl Kluck officiating. Arrangements were by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.

Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church Youth Fund.
