Upsilon Chapter Meets

The Upsilon Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma met for its regular meeting Monday, November 16, at 7 p.m. at the media center at Prescott High School. Delta Kappa Gamma is an international organization of women educators.

Janice Harrison led the devotional and Wanda Haynie led the collect and response.

After a short business meeting, everyone enjoyed refreshments provided by the hostesses, Joyce Gibson, Wanda Fincher and Judy Vasser.

Beth Ward, who is an image consultant for Image of Loveliness, presented the program. Her presentation was a holiday makeover and fashion update with Jane Purtle, president of Upsilon, as the model.

Purtle's hair was styled by Brenda's. The versatile holiday wear she modeled was by Napa Valley from Dillard's Department Store.

To Purtle's delight, her stunning outfit became a surprise early Christmas present. Of course, no outfit of Purtle's would be complete without a button.
