Rainbow Garden ClubPublished Tuesday, December 15, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Rainbow Garden Club met in the home of Pat Milam on December 8 for their Christmas luncheon. There were nine members present: Virginia Easterling, Jean Biddle, Dorothy Ward, Faye Andrews, Myrna Hunter, Helen Harrison, Mariam Purtle, LeWanna Plyler and Pat Milam. Mariam Purtle presided over a short business session. Afterward Helen Harrison presented the program, reading a poem concerning the life of Christ.
