Juanita Gentry Goff

Juanita Gentry Goff, 76, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, January 3, 1999, in a Texarkana nursing home.

Mrs. Goff was born on May 21, 1922, in Nashville. She was a retired legal secretary from the office of U.S. Court of Appeals, Judge Richard S. Arnold. She was a member of Central Christian Church; past member of Business and Professional Women; Women's Golf Association of Northridge Country Club; and the Texarkana Legal Secretaries Association. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Julia Ann Goff Nash in January 1995.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald H. Goff of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Pam Goff of Texarkana, Ark.; one daughter and son-in-law, Becky and David McClintock of Texarkana, Texas; one brother, Bruce Gentry of McKinney, Texas; one sister, Leota Harwood of Texarkana, Ark.; and eight grandchildren, Jakeb Goff, Nathan Goff, Laci Goff, Laura Richardson, Gus Richardson, Justin McClintock, Lissa Nash and Will Nash.

Funeral services were Tuesday, January 5, at Texarkana Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Irons officiating. Burial was in East Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
