Mary T. ChamblessPublished Wednesday, January 6, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneMary T. Chambless, 90, of Hope died at her home Tuesday, December 29, 1998. Mrs. Chambless was born June 21, 1908, in Newton, Ill., to Elmer G. and Naomi Gillson Trexler. She was a retired employee of Pinehope Nursing Home and a member of Christian Church of Prescott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tibb L. Chambless, and a daughter, Janice Chambless. Survivors include one son, Bobby Chambless of Hope; one daughter, Betty Rain of Hope; five grandchildren, Paulette Tipton of Maumelle, Annette Wright of Cabot, Lisa Cox and Scott Chambless of Hope and Rosalyn Heaps of Riverside, Calif.; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Thursday, December 31, at Herndon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Neathery officiating.
