We were at church on New Year's night with Missionary V. Raspberry from Pine Bluff and her friends. The Lord is really dealing with her. We had a wonderful time in the Lord. Musical program was held at New Salem A.M.E. Church Sunday night, January 3. Only two choirs were present, Bethel of Rosston and Harrison Chapel. It was very cold. People didn't come out. We had a very good time. Harrison Chapel really woke things up. Rev. Lessly Banks is the pastor. Our first quarterly conference will be held at New Salem A.M.E. Church the first Sunday in February. Our budget will be the fourth Sunday at Bethel in Rosston. Jeremy Pugh visited George and me over the weekend. Johnny Pugh is the son. He is a very nice kid. He lives in Washington. Our church went to Beverly Healthcare Saturday evening. all of our choir did not go. We rendered a very nice program. They seemed to have enjoyed the visit. A.D.
