Living WellPublished Wednesday, January 13, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneNevada County Extension Service will be offering a weight loss program called Reshape Yourself starting Monday, January 25, in the afternoon. Just what do you have to gain by joining us? You'll get support from other participants; motivation and encouragement from trained professionals; and positive lifestyle change and better knowledge of healthy eating habits. Members will meet weekly. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $15. You must pre-register by January 20. To pre-register or obtain additional information concerning this program, call 887- 2818.
