Opal Geneva Smith

Opal Geneva Nolan Smith, 82, of Gurdon died Saturday, January 9, 1999.

Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Gurdon.

Survivors include her husband, Nathan Smith of Antoine; three daughters, Jerri Alyne Bradshaw of Texarkana, Texas, Deborah Stephens of Gurdon and Darinda Fuller of San Antonio, Texas; three brothers, Kenneth Brown of Dallas, Texas, Harvey Brown of Hot Springs and Howard Brown of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters, Estelle Keys and Doris Wright, both of Hot Springs; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Cab Nolan, and a son, Lewis Nolan.

Services were held Tuesday, January 12, at First Baptist Church in Gurdon. Interment was in Easley Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
