Ira T. Young, 76, of Blytheville died January 15. He was a graduate of Philander Smith College, a teacher, a coach, administrator, veteran. Formerly of Rosston, his funeral was Saturday. McDonald Horne Funeral Home in Blytheville was in charge of the arrangements.

We had a wonderful time at Bethel Sunday. It was red and white program. Sis. Ardell Johnson spoke on red and Sis. Faye Page spoke on white. They both spoke well. Our first quarterly conference will be held the first Sunday in February at New Salem A.M.E. Church with Rev. L. Banks, pastor; Rev. T.W. Adair, presiding elder.
