Arkansas Fair, Rodeo Planned Oct. 8-17Published Wednesday, September 22, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe 60th annual Arkansas State Fair and Rodeo in Little Rock. The will be held October 8-17. It will feature concerts by 98 and Vince Gill with special guest Jo Dee Messina. The rodeo runs October 13-16 and will feature saddle and bareback bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling and more. Rudy Burns, the Crazy Cajun, a rodeo clown will also be at the rodeo, protecting the riders and making the audience laugh.
