College NewsPublished Wednesday, February 17, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesAndrew Mikeal Taylor of Gurdon has been named to Ouachita Baptist University's president's list. Four hundred thirty-eight students were named to the president's list and dean's list at OBU for the 1998 fall semester. To be named to the president's list at OBU, a student must compile a 4.00 (straight A's) grade point average and be classified as a full time student taking a minium of 12 academic hours, according to Dr. Mike Arrington, vice president for academic affairs.
