Ira J. Tidwell's children gave him a surprise birthday dinner on his birthday February 14. He was really surprised. He turned 89 years old. The members of his church visited him with his pastor and wife. Plenty of good food was enjoyed. He was glad to see the members of Bethel. His brother Artie was there. He looked good.

We had visitors in Sunday school Sunday morning from Church of God in Christ. Missionaries Bell, Laurie Burse and Johnson taught the lesson for us. Missionary Bell is the wife of Markus Bell, the son of Merline Bazzelle.

Arbrady McKinney's funeral was Tuesday in Little Rock at 11:00 a.m. at Burks Funeral Home. Sympathy goes out to the McKinney family. He was formerly from Rosston.

There will be a community united meeting the 25th of February at 6:30 p.m. Please come out and give your opinion. Don't let one or two do the the thinking for you. Let's carry on as we once did. Let's build the bridge to spent for the next generation.
