For those of you who live outside Arkansas, you may be interested to know it is still winter time.

Those spending the weekend with Frances Bidwell was her daughter, Nell McDaniel, from Monroe, La.; daughter and husband, Deanie and Bill Luck, from Mt. Pleasant, Texas; Deanie's son, Travis, from Plano, Texas; and his sons, Cody and Derek, from Seattle, Wash. Recovering from two recent deaths in the family, the house was once agin full of love and laughter.

Pat and Don Ingersoll recently visited Stan and Cindy Escalante in Gurdon.

Shelbi and Sarah Booker were recent attendants in the wedding of Shelly Browning and Brandon Rhodes in Emmet.

Bob and Shirley Loe recently spent the weekend in Dallas with Stanley and Patsy Barger. They took Katy Hulan with them to celebrate Blake Barger's birthday. They have always celebrated together.

Bobby, Sophie, Randy and Bobby Taylor honored their daughter and sister, Corina Booker, with a get together on Monday night.

Congratulations to Kyle Pennington, son of Lisa and Danny Pennington, who came in 15th out of 32 entries in his first bass tournament held Saturday on Bois D'arc Lake. His dad, Danny, did okay too, placing fourth.

Jim and Leona Ballard recently spent several days with their daughter, Debbie Courville, in New Iberia, La. They also attended the 50th anniversary of Petroleum Helicopters. They enjoyed seeing and visiting with many Jim worked with for over 30 years.

On Saturday, the 27th, at 6:00, the Cross Road Singers and the Messengers from Hope will be at Boughton Baptist Church. Everyone is invited.

George Taylor and David and Janet Taylor from LaMesa, Calif., are here visiting their son and grandson, Todd Taylor. David and Janet will be flying home soon, but George will stay about two months.

Our son-in-law, Tim Wilson, is in Houston, Texas, for treatment at the M.D. Anderson Hospital.

Harvey and Faye Taylor visited her mother, Minnie Moore, in Camden on Sunday.

Harvey and Ruth Barham from Dallas are spending a few days at their home here.
