Prescott Head Start Taking ApplicationsPublished Wednesday, February 24, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneSouthwest Arkansas Development Council will be taking applications for the 1999-2000 program year for head start March 1-12 at the Prescott Headstart Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Applications will be accepted on four-year-old children and three-year-old children who will be three on or before September 1. Parents or guardians should bring the child's birth certificate, immunization record, social security card and proof of income, (income tax return or four check stubs), WIC voucher (if you receive) and insurance card.
