Williams, Orren Plan March 13 WeddingPublished Wednesday, February 24, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneLester and Carol Williams of Hope announce the engagement of their daughter, Sharla Nicole Williams, to Robert Matthew Orren of Prescott, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richardson Robertson of Chidester and Dale Orren of Prescott. Miss Williams is a 1997 graduate of Henderson State University and is employed with the Arkansas Department of Human Services. The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Southern Arkansas University and is employed with Fink and Company in Hope. The wedding will be at 2 p.m. March 13 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Hope. No invitations will be sent locally. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
