St. Clair Baptist Church of Burtsell will be the special guest Sunday, February 28, at 2:30 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Falcon. Everyone is welcome to go along. Rev. L.B. Beard, pastor and speaker. Rev. J.C. Phillips, pastor.

The officers and members of Lonoke Baptist Church in Hope will celebrate their pastor's (Rev. Alvin Hunter and daughters) sixth anniversary Sunday, February 28, at 3 p.m. Everyone and churches are welcome. Special guests are Harrison Chapel Baptist Church of Delight and Pleasant Grove of Okolona. Rev. Rufus R. Hatley, pastor and speaker. Rev. Alvin Hunter, pastor.

New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon will celebrate their 51st church anniversary Sunday, March 28, at 2:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest will be Antioch Baptist Church of Emmet. Rev. Billy Roberts, pastor and speaker. Bro. Frederick Hatley, worship leader. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor.

The H.D.C Center of Arkadelphia will celebrate Demetric (Mitchell) Allen's 27years of service retirement banquet February 26 at 5 p.m. at Bowen's Restaurant in Caddo Valley. Other retirees, friends and staff members are invited.

A benefit program will be held at First Baptist Church in Okolona on Saturday night, March 27, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Rev. Eddie Brown, pastor.

The funeral services of the late Floyd Harrington is reported to be Saturday, February 27, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Okolona with Rev. Eddie Brown, pastor.

Mack Crowe of Gurdon is reported to be home and out of the hospital doing fair.
