Mrs. Ann Glass Loe, 81, of Prescott, Caney Community, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, at Pine Manor Senior Apartments in Camden.

She was born Jan. 13, 1927, in Nevada County, to Sam and Pearl Rhodes Glass. She was a seamstress and supervisor at the former Shanhouse and the former Stephens Garment Factory of Hope. She was a member of Morris Baptist Church, Caney Community, and former Sunday school teacher of the young adults there, also. She was a member of the Home Demonstration Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, McRae Glass and one sister, Lifton Cearley.

Her survivors include her husband of 63 years, Junior Loe of Prescott; three daughters, Peggy Fain and Don of Camden, Safronia Martin and David of Mountain Home and Jane Bradshaw and Sam of Camden; four grandchildren, Shannon Stokes, Russell Stokes, Jason Bradshaw, and Sarah Langley; five great-grandchildren; one niece, Renee Frost of Little Rock and one nephew, Gene Cearley of Caney.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 21, at Morris Baptist Church in Caney Community, Prescott, with Revs. Tal Webb, Sam Tamburo and Richard Merritt officiating. The burial was in Caney Cemetery in Caney. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.

The family received friends Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 6-8 p.m., at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
