Adonia Andy FieldingPublished Wednesday, July 16, 2008 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Adonia Gayle Andy Fielding, 58, of McCaskill, died Saturday, JULy 5, 2008, in Greenville, South Carolina. She was born on Sept. 25, 1949 in Hope, to Alton Jewell and Roxie Pearl Jeffers Fielding. She was disabled, but was a former Home Health Certified Nurses Aid with the Howard County Office. She was a member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church of McCaskill. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother Gary Fielding. Her survivors include two sons, Bruce Alton Storen and Lee Ann of West Minister, S.C. and Robert Michael Marion Scott and Holly of Ashdown; two daughters, Tabatha Adonia Hawthorne Young of Hope and Treyana Gayle Fielding; her mother, Roxie Pearl Fielding of McCaskill; two brothers, Larry Fielding and James Fielding, both of McCaskill; one sister, Pam Gibson of Murfreesboro and three grandchildren, Anthony Storen, Jordan Scott and Liberty Leathers. A memorial service was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 12, at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church in McCaskill, with Rev. Roger Arnold officiating. The burial was in Friendship Cemetery in McCaskill. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope. The family received friends Friday, July 11, from 6-8 p.m. at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church of McCaskill.
