Larn Walker

Mr. Larn L. Walker Bo, 73, of Bluff City, died June 11, 2008, at his residence.

He was born April 22, 1935 in Bluff City. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. He was employed by Highland Industry for 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Lee and Nellie Walker and one sister.

His survivors include, his wife of 51 years, Murdle Lee Walker of Bluff City; God sister, Debra and husband Lee Meadows; one sister, Linda Walker of Gurdon; three brothers, Johnny and wife Tammy Walker of Dallas, Texas, Frankie and wife Margie Walker of Hot Springs, Douglas and wife Mona Walker of Gurdon; one sister-in-law, Tarleace Locke; two aunts, Reacie Haynie and Earlean Shepard of Saginaw, Mich. and a host of relatives and friends.

The visitation was held from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, June 19 at the funeral home.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 20 at Union Grove Missionary Baptist church of Bluff City, Rev. Raymond Williams, interim pastor, Rev. James Fort, officiating. The burial was at Union Grove Cemetery under the direction of Hicks Funeral Home, Inc. of Hope.
