Deacon, Trustees and Brotherhood program will be on Sunday, June 22, at 2:30 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest will be Mt. Friendship Baptist Church of Curtis. Rev. William Colbert is pastor and Rev. Louis Jones is speaker. Deacon Andy Bell is president of Brotherhood; Deacon W. B. Russey, chairman of Deacons Board and Bro. Michel Crow is president of Trustees.

There will be a musical program on June 21 at Eastern Star Baptist Church in Smithton at 6:30 p.m. All groups, choirs, soloists and churches are welcome. This is sponsored by Sis. Juanita Cunningham, and Rev. Marshall Allen is pastor.

There will be a celebration for New Mt. Zion Baptist Church pianist on Saturday, June 28, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests will be A-Fellowship, Vocally Endowed and Team Scream Choir, along with others. Rev. William Colbert is pastor.

Section One of Southwest District will convene with New Mt. Zion Baptist Church on June 28 at 10 a.m. and Sunday, June 29 at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Johnny C. Harris is president of the section, Sis. Linda Harris is president of section W.M.U.; Bro. Herman Thomas is president of Division A, Dr. Kenneth and Pamela Harris pianist. Rev. William Colbert is host pastor. Dr. C. K. Yarber is moderator, Dr. Delores Hodge is president of Southwest District, president of W.M.U.

Fred and Geneva Shells and Valree Smith of Little Rock visited their cousin Jerine Hatley on Wednesday after attending the funeral services of Rev. Annie B. Hubbard.

The Severs family reunion will be the 4th of July at City Hall from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. You are welcome to attend.
