Antioch to celebrate 28th anniversary of pastor, wife

The members of Antioch Baptist Church in Arkadelphia invite all churches to join them in celebrating the 28th anniversary of Pastor and Sister Alex Winfrey Sr. The celebration will be held at the church, located at 1455 Hearn Road in Arkadelphia, on Sunday, June 15, 2008, at 2:45 p.m.

Winfrey took his stand at the church 28 years ago, and since that time, he and the church's members are building God a house.

The anniversary message will be brought by Pastor Eddie Brown of First Baptist Church in Okolona; Pastor Troy Hearn of Roanoak Baptist Church; and Pastor Charles Young of Sweet Home. Pastor Cornelius Hollingshed of Bethel A.M.E. will be presiding.
