Bryant, Boyce announce engagementPublished Wednesday, June 11, 2008 in the Gurdon TimesMr. and Mrs. Paul Bryant of Arkadelphia announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sara Jane Bryant, to Wesley Blake Boyce, son of James and Diana Boyce of Curtis. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Glenn Allen and the late Dr. John Glenn Allen, Jr. of Arkadelphia, and Mrs. and Mrs. Hilton Witt of Big Spring, Texas. She is a 1999 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and a 2005 Henderson State University graduate with a degree in education. She is presently attending Henderson State University to obtain a degree in counseling. She is employed by Emmet Public Schools. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Burnett of Friendship and the late Mr. and Mrs. Moores Boyce of Arkadelphia. He is a 2002 graduate of Gurdon High School and a 2008 graduate of National Park Community College with a degree in nursing. He is employed by St. Josephs Hospital. The wedding will be Saturday, July 26, at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Arkadelphia. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. Reception to follow.
