Mary Wicker Johnson

Mrs. Mary Faye Wicker Johnson, 65, of Prescott, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope.

She was born Dec. 1, 1942, in Laneburg, to Harlon L. and Mary Lucille Hastings Wicker. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Laneburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Sonny Mosely and one sister, Bobbie Butcher.

Her survivors include her husband, Billy Johnson of Prescott; one son, Ronnie Mosely and Valerie of Bartlett, Tenn.; four brothers, Preston Bo Wicker and Jimmy Wicker, both of Prescott, Harlon Wicker Jr. of Hope and David Wicker of Camden; one sister, Virginia Spell of Laneburg and five grandchildren.

The funeral service was at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 17, at First United Pentecostal Church of Laneburg, with Revs. Wilburn Wesson and Bob Fruen officiating. The burial was in New Salem Cemetery in Laneburg. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.

The family received friends Friday, May 16, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
