GHS alumni graduate HSU

ARKADELPHIA Spring commencement ceremonies were held at Henderson State University Friday, May 9, with approximately 350 undergraduate and graduate students receiving their degrees.

Faculty charges were presented by Hank Wilson, assistant professor and director of aviation, and Dr. Aneeq Ahmad, associate professor of psychology. The student responses were given by Toni Michelle Roark and Deborah Lynn Sesser.

Henderson honored Ruth McBurney (1970) and Eddie Powell (1962) as distinguished alumni. Both spoke during commencement ceremonies.

Graduates from Gurdon included Eric D. Allen, Tina Michelle Beals, Jon Mark Capps, Wanda Marie Dickens, Anna E. Ezell, Kandace Rene' Gills, Lacey Renee Jester, Robyn Nicole LeMay
