Pressley Schee SrPublished Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in the Gurdon TimesPressley Raymond Schee Sr went home to be with his heavenly father on April 17, 2008. He was born on May 3, 1940, to Raymond Fredrick Schee and Sybille Lorene Hackworth Schee in Gurdon. He gave 20 years of his life in the service of his country in the US Navy. He is preceded in death by both his parents and a grandchild, Kimberly Schee. The family who will miss him include his children, Ramona and Ricky Brown of Hope, Pressley and Beverly Schee Jr of Ceres, Calif., Sybille and Doug Austin of Atlanta, Ga., Sonia and Ronnie Finch of Logansport, La. and Tina Morrow of Atlanta, Ga.; his two sisters, Romana Jester of Whelen Springs and Sheila and John Roundtree of Malvern; one brother, Robert Allen and Wanda Schee of Gurdon; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and numerous other family friends. Memorial services were held at Maple Springs Baptist Church in Logansport, La., Tuesday, April 22, with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery in Gurdon.
