Andrew Fallin

Andrew J. Fallin, 83, of Sparkman, died April 16, 2008, in Arkadelphia.

Andrew was born in Arkadelphia Sept. 20, 1924, to Ferander and Emma Ora Chandler Fallin.

Andrew worked as a bricklayer, and was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of West Main Missionary Baptist Church in Sparkman.

He was preceded in death by both parents, two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Helen Ray Fallin of Sparkman; three sons, Danny Fallin of Dallas, Arkie Fallin of Tennessee and Robert and Linda Reeder of Norphlet; three daughters, Karen and Jerry Hegwood of Tennessee, Dorothy and Rocky Bell of Sparkman and Lona Mae and Preston Haynes of Calion; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Saturday, April 19, at Pharr Funeral Home in Gurdon from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral services were Sunday, April 20, at 2 p.m. at Pharr Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following in Davis Cemetery in Vaden.
