Fair Winners

Best of show winners at the Clark County Fair have been selected by the judges.

Youth and adult winners and their divisions, according to Dr. Barbara A. Holt of the Clark County Extension office, are:

  • Quilts  Abby Brumley and Nancy Howard;
  • Clothing  Lindsey Bell and Cynthia Reeves;
  • Food Preservation  Kristen Mallett and Betty Bass
  • Baked Goods  Justin Hernandez and Peggy Cox;
  • Needlework  Abby Brumley and Cynthia Reeves;
  • Arts and Crafts  Judy Clayhorn and Phyllis Hughes;
  • Furniture and Woodworking  Trey Burchfield and Mike Fisher;
  • Horticulture and Farm Crops Kristen Land and Sidney Johnson; and
  • Ornamental Plants and Flowers Mrs. Hill's Class at Perritt Primary and Lorene Arnold.
There was no youth entries in two divisions, but adult winners only: Counted Cross Stitch  Carla Herron, and Porcelain, Ceramics and GlassBunn Gary.

The Best of Show Educational Booth awards were won by the L'eau Frais 4-H Club and the Clark County Quilters Guild.
