Glenn Ross

Glenn Ross, age 91, of Hot Springs, Ark., formerly of Gurdon, died on March 19, 2008, at Hot Springs. He was born on May 29, 1916, at Antoine and was retired from Union Pacific Railroad.

He was a Master Mason, member of Scimitar Shriners and a member of Beech Street Baptist Church of Gurdon. He was the son of Earnest A. Ross and Flossie Davis Ross and was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Lora Allison, two brothers and one grandchild, Alison Ross.

Survivors include: two sons, Glen, Jr. (Wanda) of Hot Springs and Ricky (Diane) of Gurdon; one daughter, Pat Brandt of Little Rock; nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Services were held on Monday, March 24, in the Pharr Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Rose Hedge Cemetery in Gurdon. Online register book may be signed at www.pharrfhgurdon.com.
