Leeper runs for JPPublished Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in the Gurdon TimesDiana Leeper has announced her candidacy for District 9 JP. She is a lifelong resident of Clark County. She graduated from Okolona High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in social work from Henderson State University and later graduated from Baptist School of Nursing and Allied Health, passing the state board exam as a registered nurse. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and an active member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she serves as youth director and announcement clerk. I feel that I can serve the citizens of District 9 as well as Clark County as your next JP as I would like to help Build a Better Clark County, she said.
