Blanton, White marry

Terry Joe White and Ashely Blanton White are pleased to announce their recent marriage and coming ceremony. The couple is originally from Gurdon.

Terry Joe is the eldest son of Gary and Kay White of Gurdon and Ashley is the youngest daughter of Harry Blanton Jr. of Benton and Sandra Blanton of Curtis.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Gurdon High School and a 2007 graduate of Henderson State University.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Gurdon High School and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Terry is employed by Siplast of Arkadelphia and Ashley is a working musician in the Hot Springs area.

The couple resides in Hot Springs with Ashley's three-year-old son, Creek.

A wedding ceremony and celebration with family and friends is planned for Sunday, March 9, 2008, at the Hamilton House Bed and Breakfast in Hot Springs.

The ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. and a reception will immediately follow at The Back Porch Grill's Martini's on the Bay in Sunbay Resort.

Friends and family of the couple are invited.
