Mrs. Gloria Inez Horne Taylor, 65, of Gurdon, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia.

She was born on Sept. 17, 1942, in Prescott, to Luther and Thelma Faye Clem Horne. She was homemaker and mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oran Warry Taylor, who died Dec. 17, 2002.

Her survivors include one son, Oran L. Taylor and Vicki of Gurdon; one daughter, Warrie Jones of Decaturville, Tenn.; one brother, Billy Horne of Baltimore, Md.; and four grandchildren, Hollie Stiffler of Jackson, Tenn., Garrett Taylor and Aiden Morgan of Decaturville, Tenn., and Toby Taylor of Gurdon.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 9, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel of Prescott, with Bro. Tommy Potter officiating. The burial was in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Prescott. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.

The family received friends Friday, Feb. 8, from 6-8 p.m., at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
